obnoxious, annoying, cantankerous, vacuous, vapid and gullible... It is amazing that this show and this person have such a following... To each it's own
I'm still new to JRE and podcasts in general. After 15 podcasts I am hooked and I have learned so many interesting things I would have otherwise never looked into.
How good of a listen this podcast is is highly dependent on the guest. At times it can feel like listening to a broken record or echo chamber of Rogan's views on certain topics.
If you enjoy listening to a bald, talentless, and unfunny idiotic stoner with no real insight for 90 minutes, this is your podcast. The only reason so many prominent people appear on Rogan is because of its reach. But the honest truth is that this podcast is entirely worthless. I don't know how people who work on this show sleep at night. If I had to endure Rogan on a regular basis, I'd probably throw myself in front of a bus.
Been listening to the JRE since around episode 100 and have watch all of them (before and after). Always inspirational, motivational or a knowledge bomb. I've learned a lot from the JRE and it made me a better person
He has some great guests but I don’t get why he’s a big deal. If he just let the interviewees talk rather than interject his opinions over them, I’d probably enjoy it more
World-class conversation starter. Genuinely nice guy with a genuine interest in the other persons perspective. Can get repetitive with the topics he loves to revert to but seeing as there's so many podcasts, you can pick and choose the guest that suits you.
Not just comedy...by far, one of the most insightful, thorough and intriguing podcasts. Huge variety of guests ranging from comedians, scientists, doctors, actors, fighters and more. Well worth your time!
My favorite show of all time. Every other Podcast just wants to be this successful. Joe covers everything and is always entertaining. I know he falls into either the love it hate group, but for my money no one is better.
Joe doesn't realise the responsibility he holds when platforming guests like Alex Jones. He fails to push back against his guests' regressive politics.
